1. Cancellation
You can cancel your Premium subscription anytime from the Subscription page. When you cancel:
- Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan after the billing period ends
- Your data (workout plans, progress, chat history) is retained and accessible
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Within 7 days of first payment: If you subscribed and the Service did not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
- Service outage: If the Service was unavailable for an extended period (more than 48 hours in a billing cycle) due to issues on our end, you are eligible for a prorated refund.
- Duplicate or unauthorized charges: If you were charged more than once or did not authorize a payment, contact us for an immediate refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Charges beyond 7 days from the first payment (for recurring monthly charges)
- Partial month usage — we do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations mid-cycle
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality — AI responses vary and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes
- Charges incurred on your own AI provider account (Free plan with your own API key)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@fitte.fit with:
- Your registered email address
- Reason for the refund request
- Payment ID (available on the Subscription page under Payment History)
5. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank
- Upon refund, your account is immediately downgraded to the Free plan
6. Free Trial and Free Plan
The 3-day free trial and the Free plan (with your own API key) do not involve any payment from us, so no refund applies. Any charges from your AI provider for the Free plan are between you and the provider.
