Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Fitte ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Fitte is operated by Savasana AI ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Fitte is an AI-powered fitness coaching platform that provides personalized daily workout plans, diet guidance, and progress tracking via a web dashboard and Telegram bot. The Service uses third-party AI providers to generate content.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• One account per person. Disposable or temporary email addresses are not allowed

4. Plans and Pricing

• Free Trial: 3-day trial with limited features (4 conversations/day, 1 weekly plan). No credit card required.
• Free Plan: Requires your own AI provider API key. 15 conversations/day, 3 workout and 3 diet plans/month.
• Premium Plan: Currently offered at an early bird price. Includes 30 conversations/day, 5 workout and 5 diet plans/month. No API key required.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be informed before any price changes take effect on their subscription.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew each month unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from the Subscription page. Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). International cards are accepted with automatic currency conversion
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

7. API Keys

If you use the Free plan with your own API key, you are responsible for any charges from your AI provider (OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Fireworks AI). We encrypt your API key using AES-256-GCM and use it solely to generate your personalized plans. We are not responsible for costs incurred on your AI provider account.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Use automated tools to interact with the Service beyond normal usage
• Submit false or misleading health information to manipulate AI outputs

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All workout plans, diet suggestions, and coaching responses are generated by AI and are for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, fitness, or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or diet program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You use the Service and follow its recommendations at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitte and its operators shall not be liable for any injury, health issue, or damage resulting from following AI-generated workout or diet plans. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Daily workout plans depend on third-party services (AI providers, Telegram, AWS) and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable.

12. Termination

• You can delete your account at any time by contacting support@fitte.fit
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
